HEALTH-10713 - USA (Iowa) - Public Health Lead Entities Services - Deadline October 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public health lead entities services to the government authority located in Iowa.– The Lead Entity works with counties and Local Providers to develop a clear and accurate understanding of current public health activities, capacity, strengths, and challenges within each county and across the district. – Assessment activities should help the Lead Entity understand how public health responsibilities are currently met, where gaps exist, and what improvements will advance the Priority Public Health Core Services.– This includes supporting Local Providers, strengthening communication across counties, helping partners understand roles and expectations, and promoting consistency across public health activities in the district.– The Lead Entity works with partners to ensure data processes are manageable and meaningful, helping counties improve data quality, reduce reporting burden, and use data to identify needs, trends, and opportunities for improvement across the Priority Public Health Core Services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
