CSE-25015 - USA (Columbia, South Carolina) - Transit Video Surveillance System - Deadline December 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide on–board transit video surveillance system to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. – Provide for an On–Board Video Surveillance System (OVSS) solution for public transit buses.– Replace the existing camera system with a robust and dependable scalable On–Board Video Surveillance System (OVSS) Solution and an option to install new routers and antennas at its Operations and Maintenance Facility bus lot to allow for downloading of data from vehicles.– Including onboard hardware, cameras, network video recorders (NVRs), communication devices, and Video Management System (VMS) software.– Installation of new system includes removal of existing equipment.– All video, audio, metadata, and exported evidence files shall remain the property.– Implementation services including pilot installation, fleet–wide installation, removal and disposal of existing equipment, configuration, integration with existing systems and displays, testing, acceptance support, and final system commissioning.– Onboard communications equipment, vehicle multiplex systems, Multi–Function Displays (MFDs).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
