FIRE-1766 - USA (Pineville, Louisiana) - Fire Alarm System Maintenance and Repairs Service - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm system maintenance and repairs service to the government authority located in Pineville, LA. – Service Hours:• 1,248 hours per year allocated for service and preventative maintenance of the fire alarm system.• Weekly on–site visits with one service member, consisting of two (2) days per week on the same days, unless otherwise approved by the Fire Chief.– FireWorks Updates and Troubleshooting:• Provide all system updates and troubleshooting required for the FireWorks system.• Address all system issues each week and allocate any unused hours back into the annual pool of service hours.– Fire Alarm Parts:• Contractor to maintain a stock of critical fire alarm components– Fire Sprinkler Parts:• The contractor is to supply up to $15,000 in sprinkler system parts, including fire pump components.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
