ESTATE-11756 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Environmental Attribute Management and Commodity Brokerage Services - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide renewable natural gas (RNG) environmental attribute management and commodity brokerage services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Consultant will support agency in establishing the regulatory, commercial, and administrative framework necessary to monetize RNG and associated environmental attributes upon system startup.– Serve as agency commercial, compliance, and environmental attribute advisor for wastewater–derived RNG throughout all phases of the program– Serve as Metro’s primary point of coordination for RNG commodity sales and environmental attribute markets– Maintain current knowledge of applicable federal, state, voluntary, and emerging programs, including evolving policy or regulatory risks– Coordinate with Metro staff, pipeline operators, Qualified Assurance Program (QAP) providers, and third–party verifiers(2) An optional virtual pre–proposal conference will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
