EXTRA-75070 - USA (Baltimore, Maryland) - Watershed Management Planning Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide watershed management planning services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– Develop new total maximum daily load (TMDL) implementation plans.– Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, for purposes including assessment of the effect of restoration projects on stream geomorphology.– Develop water quality monitoring plans focused on implementation evaluation and water quality standard progress and attainment.– Adaptive management modifications to existing TMDL implementation plans, small watershed action plans, or other water quality plans.– Create adaptive management revision tables, explaining which changes were considered and why significant changes were made.– GIS products and services for watershed planning.– Spatial and non–spatial data management.– Prepare data, charts and maps for reports.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
