TRANSLATION-8297 - USA (New Jersey) - American Sign Language Interpreting and Communication Access Realtime Translation Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide american sign language interpreting and communication access realtime translation services. – Provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services, and for Community Access Real–Time Translation (CART) services for students in both on–campus and remote classes.• Remote services: – In the event services are to be provided remotely, accessibility services retain the right to determine the agency–approved software to be used (Zoom, Teams, etc.).– The interpreter shall provide all necessary equipment at no–cost to the agency to provide the requisiteservices.• CART services:– Unless expressly authorized in writing, CART output is provided solely as a realtime communication accommodation and is not an official transcript. – The provider shall not record the session or retain, distribute, or provide the realtime text to any person after the assignment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
