(1) Vendor needs to provide book vending kiosks service to the government authority located in Irving, TX. s– Provide, install, and support two holds pickup lockers, accompanying software, and associated installation services.– Lockers will be installed outdoors and used exclusively for the pickup of requested (held) library materials.– Solution must allow patrons to input a valid library card number and receive access to one or more held library materials.– Provide a patron–facing experience that is intuitive, accessible, and reliable.– Ease of use of the patron–facing user interface within any accompanying software will play a prominent role in the selection process.– Patron–facing user interface must support, at a minimum, English and Spanish.– Solution must be integrated with the integrated library system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
