Vendor needs to provide communications specialist support service. – The Supplier shall provide communications support that strengthens the unit’s research and outreach by translating complex research into clear, compelling, and accessible products for both internal and external audiences.– Establish an effective acquisition strategy.– Edit white papers for clarity, flow, tone, potential bias, and narrative impact, ensuring each product tells a coherent and engaging story.– Produce dynamic content based on research, including Shorthand narratives, interactive web features, presentations, podcasts, and infographics.– Develop executive summaries, talking points, and PowerPoint decks for leadership briefings and website publication.– Curate and manage the Research section of the unit’s newsletter, highlighting key findings and updates.– Assist in planning and executing online and in–person events to promote research and engage stakeholders.– Support and refine communication workflows, templates, and standards in partnership with the team.– Manage job–posting language and coordinate communications with candidates, new hires, and support onboarding messaging.– Provide individualized coaching and training to analysts to strengthen their writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
