Signal Improvements for Jackson Pike & Hawthorne Parkway

The City of Grove City, through the City Administrator, will receive sealed bids for the Signal Improvements for Jackson Pike & Hawthorne Parkway via Bid Express until 11:00 a.m. local time on July 17, 2026, and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. Grove City will neither open nor accept bids received after that time. Subject to the right of Grove City to reject any or all bids, Grove City will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s). The work for which Grove City is inviting bids consists of the following: Base Bid • Intersection improvements at Jackson Pike and Hawthorne Parkway, the project includes a proposed signal and pedestrian facilities to cross Jackson Pike. The estimated costs of construction for the work outlined in the plans and specifications for the various bids are: Base Bid: $ 489,285.50 Schedule: The work shall commence within sixty (60) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed for the Contract. The work shall be completed within two hundred seventy (270) calendar days from the City’s issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the Contract.
