ECAT - Mass Transit Advisory Committee - Administrative Support

Escambia County - Mass Transit Department seeks quotes for professional, technical, and administrative assistance for the Mass Transit Advisory Committee (MTAC) in preparation for and during its meetings. MTAC Administrative Support A. Bidder's Staff assigned to the ECAT Mass Transit Advisory Committee (MTAC) project will be supervised by and report to ECAT’s Mass Transit Director. B. Bidder shall provide professional, technical, and administrative assistance to the members of the Mass Transit Advisory Committee in preparation for and during its meetings, which shall include, but not be limited to the following: • Preparing agendas. • Providing minutes and follow up, and • Advertising meetings. Administrative Responsibilities: A. Bidder shall be responsible for providing staff support and coordination for the Mass Transit Advisory Committee. B. Bidder shall maintain files for the Mass Transit Advisory Committee that relate to meetings. Such files may include the following: 1. All correspondence. 2. All meeting minutes, 3. Membership roster and mailing addresses. C. Bidder shall be responsible for arranging all meetings (Quarterly) of MTAC, which include, but is not limited to: 1. Preparation and emailing of all meeting notices and agendas to all appropriate contacts. 2. Recording the proceedings of all meetings, preparing minutes, and emailing such minutes out to MTAC members and interested parties prior to succeeding meetings; and 3. Emailing out all other information pertinent to the transportation/transit planning process. D. Bidder shall be responsible for the preparation and development of the MTAC Committee Members orientation presentation, with the input of ECAT. Bidders must be able to provide proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance, General Liability Insurance, and Auto Liability insurance should your firm be awarded the contract.
