(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based fire prevention inspection software.– Provide implement, host, support, and maintain a comprehensive, web–based fire prevention inspection and compliance management system with integrated payment collection.– Provide all software, configuration, implementation, data migration, training, hosting, maintenance, technical support, and related services necessary to establish and maintain the system.– System shall consolidate functions currently performed through multiple software platforms and manual processes into a single system.– System shall maintain a centralized premise record that serves as the primary record for fire prevention bureau activities associated with each property.– System shall be accessible through standard web browsers and shall provide mobile functionality appropriate for field inspections and other fire prevention bureau operations.– System shall support role–based access for city personnel and appropriate access for property owners, responsible parties, contractors, and other authorized external users.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
