(1) Vendor needs to provide custom apparel production, event planning, entertainment and creative services.– Provide a wide range of services in the areas of event planning, photography and other creative forums. – District intends to establish a pool of vendors to meet its ongoing needs for these services (i.e., event planners, decorators, balloon artists, photographers, disc jockeys, muralists, custom apparel vendors, etc.).– Custom apparel production:– Provide custom design, digitizing, screen printing, embroidery, and production services for apparel and wearable promotional goods for campuses, student organizations, athletic programs, and district departments.– Custom graphic and design: create original, high–resolution vector artwork, logo conceptualization, and garment proofs tailored to specific campus or department branding guidelines prior to production.– Decoration services:– Provide full–service decoration services, including all necessary equipment, materials, staffing, delivery, setup, teardown, and on–site coordination with campus administration.– Entertainment services:– Provide entertainment by creating a lively and engaging atmosphere by curating, mixing, and presenting recorded music.– Videography services:– Capture, edit, and deliver high–quality video footage.– Lighting systems:– Provide and install lighting suitable for events held by the campuses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
