(1) Vendor needs to provide databases, research tools, e–books, automation and media solution. • Product information:– Brief product descriptions, including grade levels and URLs to expanded product descriptions.– The system requirements needed to operate the resource (for example: ability to work on mobile devices).– The use of Artificial Intelligence in each product.– Information governance practices for each product.– Product sales information for distribution to individual schools if available.• Pilot programs, beta testing, and experimental features:– Access to beta, pilot, preview, early access, experimental, or pre–release functionality for proposed products.• Access: Online product access must be provided by two of the following access methods:– IP address authentication and/or Username and password and/or Unique user URL.• Statistics: Instructions to access individual subscription statistics for both in–house and remote usage. • Training: Provide initial training.• Technical support services: Provide technical support and updates, including assistance and consultation by phone or email to assist agency in resolving problems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
