(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental management, analysis, research, and international support service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Supporting planning, evaluation, and implementation of environmental and energy initiatives consistent with relevant Executive Orders and statutes;• Gathering Agency–wide data on a recurring basis to support reporting and assessing compliance with Federal requirements, and managing supporting data records;• Providing program management, development, and reporting support;• Supporting oversight and implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS)• Designing, developing, and conducting environmental analyses aerospace requirements, policies and strategies.• Providing support to develop or assess methodologies for new or emerging technology or new or amended environmental review requirements;• Developing, implementing, and assessing guidance, templates, toolkits, standard operating procedures, and training materials for effective community engagement;• Providing specialized knowledge and advice in strategic communications, public affairs coordination, stakeholder engagement, risk communication, and the use of data–informed communication methods;• Supporting internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentation materials, facilitation support, meeting summaries, action–item tracking, follow–up materials, and technology–enabled meeting support;
