DRA-11564 - USA (Arundel, Maine) - Comprehensive District-Wide Demographic, Capacity and Facilities Study Services - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive district–wide demographic, capacity and facilities study services to the government authority located in Arundel, ME.– Project will include enrollment projections, school capacity and space utilization analysis, comprehensive facility condition assessments, and development of a long–term capital improvement plan for agency six schools.- Community Population & Housing Trends: Analyze local zoning, residential construction trends, commercial developments, real estate turnover, and municipal master plans. - Enrollment Projections: Develop a minimum 10–year, grade–by–grade enrollment projection using cohort–survival methods alongside low, medium, and high growth scenarios. - Special Sub–population Tracking: Assess impact trends for Special Education (including PreK transitions), Multilingual Learners, and out–of–district placement trends. - ADA & Accessibility Review: Identify code compliance gaps and universal accessibility barriers. - Site & Security Infrastructure: Review traffic flow (bus/parent pick–up zones), playfields, outdoor learning areas, perimeter security, and access control. - Technology Infrastructure: Review network connectivity, wireless coverage, cabling, audiovisual systems, and technology–related electrical needs. Identify upgrades needed to support current instruction, operations, and potential changes in building use. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 01, 2026.
