(1) Vendor needs to provide dedicated internet access service to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA. – Provide a high–capacity Internet path that is operationally independent from the district's primary K–20 Internet service to the extent reasonably achievable.– Reliable, scalable, symmetrical enterprise Internet connection that strengthens Internet resiliency and provides an additional path independent from the district's primary K–20 internet service.– Support district–owned public IP address space, BGP routing, and enterprise edge routing requirements.– Provide predictable long–term pricing, transparent construction and last–mile costs, and optional 20 Gbps and 25 Gbps comparison pricing.– Provide strong SLA, monitoring, support, escalation, and service–management capabilities.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.
