Lowcountry Council of Governments, Yemassee, South Carolina will contract for the services of a qualified and competent Housing Rehabilitation Specialist to provide general construction management and oversight of all Lowcountry Regional HOME Consortium programs which are funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The rehabilitation specialist will oversee and monitor all rehabilitation construction activity involved in the Housing Programs in the Lowcountry Region.
