(1) Vendor needs to provide driver license monitoring system. • Continuous License Monitoring: Real–time tracking of driver license status, including alerts for suspensions, revocations, expirations, and downgrades, with automatic checks for CDL validity.• MVR Management: Centralized access to nationwide Motor Vehicle Records, with automated updates, historical tracking, and risk scoring.• Risk Assessment & Reporting: Driver risk categorization, trend analysis, and customizable dashboards to support fleet–wide safety and compliance audits.• Proactive Notifications: Near real–time alerts for license changes, infractions, accidents, and policy violations with management escalation options• Training Integration: Targeted online safety training assigned based on infractions, with progress tracking and analytics for behavioral improvement.• Compliance Support: Pre–employment baseline MVRs, ongoing employee monitoring, and adherence to regulations, with integration capabilities for HR and fleet systems(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
