(1) Vendor needs to provide family crisis intervention and family navigation services to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ.– Provide a strengths–based, family–centered, youth–responsive, culturally responsive, trauma–responsive, and outcome–focused continuum of short–term crisis intervention, family stabilization, system navigation, service coordination, and community linkage services for county youth and families.– Crisis Stabilization respond to youth and family crises, de–escalate conflict, assess immediate needs, and establish a short–term stabilization response.– Family court navigation help families understand processes, next steps, service expectations, and practical barriers within the contractor’s authorized role.– Service connection move families beyond referral toward actual access, engagement, and successful linkage to appropriate supports.– Crisis response and de–escalation.– Service identification, coordination, and follow–up.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
