(1) Vendor needs to provide augmented reality mission management system. • Provision, installation, integration, training, and support of an augmented reality (AR) mission management system for use aboard public safety helicopters operated by the park district police department air support unit.• System shall provide advanced airborne situational awareness capabilities through integration of mapping, augmented reality overlays, mission management, sensor integration, recording, aircraft interface capability, and real–time operational support functions into a unified airborne platform• Real–time augmented reality overlays directly over EO/IR video• Parcel and GIS data overlays• Mapping and mission planning tools• Aircraft position and flight tracking• Vehicle and personnel tracking• Search pattern management• Support for custom overlays and GIS layers• Integration with existing and future airborne mission equipment• Cybersecure networking capability• Real–time recording and playback capability• Crowd management and event security• Flight management systems• Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) systems(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 18, 2026.
