(1) Vendor needs to provide districtwide custodial supplies and dispensing systems to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – The district does not guarantee any minimum quantity or expenditure. Products must be appropriate for educational environments and comply with applicable safety, labeling, chemical–handling, and environmental requirements– Provide custodial supplies identified in the Bid Pricing Schedule, which may include paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, cleaning chemicals, trash can liners gloves, and associated dispensers or related consumables.– Item descriptions, sizes, packaging, units of measure, estimated quantities, and any mandatory standards shall be specified in the Bid Pricing Schedule.• Dispenser compatibility and alternatives • Delivery, inventory, and order fulfillment • Product safety, quality, and documentation • Samples and field verification • Small business enterprise participation • Quantity changes, item discontinuation, and district rights (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
