(1) Vendor needs to provide campus calendar software.  – A campus calendar software that will serve as a single unified campuswide solution for sharing of information and events scheduled on campus.  – Provide us with a long–term solution for a campuswide calendar that is singular and unifies the campus and can integrate all departments on campus.   – Ensure API availability to facilitate integration with external systems, including the cofrin technology and education center (CTEC) video wall.– Event management systems, including EMS, the Master Calendar, and several department–specific platforms.– Support Single Sign–On (SSO) integration to allow users to access the campuswide calendar using their institutional credentials.– Enable integration with EMS utilizing the EMS SOAP and REST API, leveraging its robust functionality.– Must feed wall displays and digital signage in real time (API–backed).– The software must be compatible or integrate with Accruent and EMS.– API and connector support(2) The contract period will be for one year.
