(1) Vendor needs to provide towel service to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA. – Provide shower towels and weekly towel service.– Provide weekly towel service for the men's and women's locker rooms located on the 2nd floor and men's and women's executive locker rooms, located on the 3rd floor.– Towels to be washed and replaced, with approximately 475 towels to be split between the locker rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, as shown in price proposal– Towels should meet the following minimum specifications: approximately 27“x54“ (within 3“ inches either measurement), 100% cotton bath towels, 15 lb/dz.– Provide a bin for soiled towels in the men's locker room (see attached photo; bin measures approximately 44“(w)x67“(h)x28“(d)) and laundry bags/stands for each of the executive locker rooms, the department will provide a bin for the women's locker room.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
