MRB-56267 - USA (North Carolina) - Economic Development Strategic Plan Services - Deadline August 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development strategic plan services.– This plan will provide a comprehensive analysis of the current economic development landscape, identify future opportunities, review current incentives and identify gaps in service, assess partnerships for growth, and address staffing and resource needs for the Economic and Downtown Development Department to efficiently execute the plan.– The plan should include a vision for the economic landscape and strategies to attract and retain a variety of businesses and industry. – The plan will include the review of relevant community demographic data, an analysis of the local economy and the capacity for additional growth, as well as stakeholder engagements to capture the desired vision of City Council, business owners, developers and economic development partners.– This plan will have specific goals, objectives, and implementation strategies for growing and diversifying economic development with targeted businesses and industries to recruit and opportunities for business development and expansion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
