(1) Vendor needs to provide victims of crime service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Development, expansion, and strengthening of victim service programs for all victims of crime throughout the United States and its territories. • Provide direct services to all victims of crime, including child and youth victims; victims of elder abuse, fraud, and exploitation; and other types of crime victims. • Victim services may include to, emergency assistance, case management, shelter and housing, medical and dental care, victim advocacy, transportation, childcare, legal services, and employment assistance• Directly supporting law enforcement operations (including immigration law enforcement operations);• Combatting violent crime;• Supporting services to American citizens;• Protecting American children; and• Supporting American victims of trafficking and sexual assault.
