(1) Vendor needs to provide finance operation evaluation service to the government authority located in Edina, MN.  – A comprehensive evaluation of the finance department’s operations including payroll.– Review and analyse current finance processes, workflows, and task assignments across all positions Within the finance department including payroll.– Review and outline recommendations for process automation and any AI recommendations.– Identify areas of redundancy, inefficiency, or overlap in responsibilities.– Recommend improvements to streamline operations, clarify roles, and enhance departmental effectiveness.– Provide guidance on best practices for municipal finance operations, including process automation and technology integration where appropriate.– Prepare a final report summarizing findings, recommendations, and an implementation roadmap.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
