(1) Vendor needs to provide tennis instructional programs services to the government authority located in Spokane, WA. – Provide comprehensive community tennis instructional programming on behalf of the agency.– Contractor shall furnish the personnel, program administration, curriculum, equipment, registration services, customer service, marketing, supervision, and other resources necessary to successfully plan, implement, manage, and evaluate the programs.– Increase opportunities for Spokane residents to participate in affordable, accessible, high–quality tennis instruction.– Introduce children and youth to tennis in a positive, welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment.– Provide progressive instructional opportunities that allow participants to advance from introductory and beginner instruction toward increasingly developed recreational tennis skills.– Establish a recreational tennis pathway that encourages continued participation beyond an individual class, clinic, camp, or session.– Expand participation in tennis and foster long–term community interest in the sport.– Support equitable access through scholarships, financial assistance, community outreach, and geographically diverse programming.– Contractor shall create, plan, implement, supervise, and manage tennis instructional programs, including summer camps, after–school programs, classes, clinics, and other approved instructional opportunities.– Develop and deliver age– and skill–appropriate instruction designed to teach fundamentals, develop individual skills, enhance level of play, and encourage continued participation.– Provide opportunities appropriate for introductory, beginner, and developing players and, when appropriate, intermediate and advanced participants.– Develop and maintain an organized instructional curriculum and teaching methodology appropriate to participant age, skill level, program format, and duration.– Provide sufficient qualified personnel, equipment, curriculum, and operational resources to successfully deliver all approved programs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
