TRANSPORT-11769 - USA (San Antonio, Texas) - Emergency Medical Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical services to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– Provide emergency medical treatment and other emergency medical services for events.– Record and report to agency all Services rendered, including patient disposition when care is transferred to another agency or medical provider.– Record all patient contacts.– Provide oversight of Emergency Services.– The Contractor shall provide an on–site EMS Supervisor or Event Coordinator whenever requested by the agency or when, in the Contractor's professional judgment, the size, complexity, or risk associated with an event warrants supervisory oversight.– Contractor is required to maintain all applicable federal, state, county, and local licenses, permits, certifications, and authorizations required to perform the Services throughout the term of the contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.
