(1) Vendor needs to provide collective action framework implementation partner services to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC– Provide capacity building support for implementation of Years 6–10 of a collective action framework for reducing infant mortality– Improving maternal and infant health outcomes by strengthening quality, consistency, and responsiveness across the continuum of care.– Engaging community members and partners in developing collaborative solutions that reflect local needs and priorities.– Strengthening the continuum of care of reproductive life planning – from preconception to prenatal, to interconception care for access to quality care.– Promoting infant wellness and positive child development.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
