(1) Vendor needs to provide small printer maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in AZ.– provide the following services for printers not under manufacturer warranty:– Diagnostic services.– Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic evaluations.– Provide written diagnostic reports including:– Root cause of failure.– Recommended repair or replacement. – Required parts. – Estimated labor and total cost.– Perform routine maintenance as needed to prevent equipment failure.– Identify potential issues before they result in downtime.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
