(1) Vendor needs to provide infrastructure program management support services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA. • Perform project management for the 2026 bond management.• Senior project management support for the execution of bond and general funded projects:• Perform a thorough review and analysis of the current state of the bond funded infrastructure program as a whole and the individual projects and scopes of work within the program.• Develop a series of action plans with city staff to address short, intermediate, and long–term programmatic initiatives.• Develop daily, weekly or monthly programmatic dashboards to aid and inform management’s decision–making processes.• Conduct field surveys, site visits, and project inspections as required by city program managers.• Support the update of various project management standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 8, 2026.
