(1) Vendor needs to provide climate tech testing and demonstration assets program services to the government authority located in Massachusetts.• Address Climate and Energy Challenges: address key climate and energy challenges as directed by the Clean Energy and Climate Plan for 2050• Advance Climate tech Commercialization: accelerate commercialization of early–stage Climate tech by providing access to shared testing and demonstration infrastructure.• Drive Economic Growth and Job Creation: position Massachusetts as a global leader in climate tech innovation and manufacturing, creating high–quality jobs across• Attract and Retain Climate tech Talent and Investment: strengthen capacity to deliver programming, technical assistance, and infrastructure that Climate tech startups need to grow and scale• Promote Equitable Economic Growth: broaden access to Climate tech equipment, infrastructure, and careers to individuals or communities from Gateway Cities or Burdened Areas.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
