(1) Vendor needs to provide customer side design and engineering services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA. – Provide electrical engineering design, technical documentation, construction support, and coordination services necessary to support the Port's sustainability, electrification, and energy resilience initiatives.• Solar photovoltaic system engineering:– Provide electrical engineering services for a photovoltaic (PV) solar power generation system– Prepare necessary electrical calculations, single–line diagrams, equipment schedules, and supporting engineering documentation.• Electric vehicle charging infrastructure engineering:– Provide electrical engineering services for the installation of approximately forty–six (46) vehicle and equipment charging stations.– Evaluate electrical capacity requirements and charging load demands.• Battery energy storage system engineering: Provide electrical engineering services for a battery energy storage system (BESS) with an approximate capacity of no more than 0.5 MWh at the 700–yard building, and 1 MWh for 300–yard building.• Mobile harbor crane power infrastructure: Provide electrical engineering services and technical specifications to provide power for two (2) mobile harbor cranes at 4,000 volt service.• Energy code compliance.• Engineering design documentation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory in–person pre–proposal conference and site visit will be held on October 21, 2026.
