ITES-10700 - USA (Lubbock, Texas) - Hardware, Network Diagnostics, Repairs, Upgrades and Cybersecurity Services - Deadline August 6,2026

Vendor needs to provide hardware, network diagnostics, repairs, upgrades and cybersecurity services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX. – The Contractor shall provide support, maintain, diagnose, repair, and upgrade Airport network and hardware.– Hardware Support• Diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain components• Ensure all hardware remains operational and compliant with security standards.– Network Diagnostics & Troubleshooting• Perform network diagnostics to identify and resolve issues affecting performance.• Support switches, cabling, firewalls, servers, and all non–City network elements.• Provide corrective actions to restore system functionality.– System Repairs• Respond to outages, component failures, or performance degradation. May require 24/7 emergency availability.• Provide on–site and remote repair services.• Document all repairs for regulatory and audit review.– System Upgrades & Enhancements• Recommend and implement upgrades necessary.• Install updated hardware, firmware, or software components.• Support modernization efforts to improve reliability and performance.– Compliance & Documentation• Provide detailed documentation of diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and system changes.• Maintain accurate records suitable for inspection.– Cybersecurity• Evaluate and report on cybersecurity status of Airport–only systems.• Provide recommendations on cybersecurity improvements based on risk priorities.• Present rough order of magnitude cost estimates for any recommendations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
