(1) Vendor needs to provide third party workers' compensation management service– Provide workers' compensation programs and liabilities to manage and improve its self–insured workers' compensation costs.– Developing and producing appropriate analytics and metrics program.– Generating timely and accurate compensation and medical payments related to self – insured claims.– Generating timely and accurate MIS and loss reports.– Claim management and investigation, including provider and claimant outreach and monitoring.– Handling hearing and claims litigation administration and issue resolution.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
