(1) Vendor needs to provide realtor and broker services for sale of tax–acquired and surplus real property to the government authority located in Bath, ME.– Provide professional services related to the marketing and sale of tax–acquired and surplus residential and commercial properties.– To establish a contractual relationship with one or more brokers to assist in the disposition of real property.– The property for sale at the highest reasonable price at which the property is anticipated to sell.– Coordinating with the legal counsel and closing agents.– Preparing professional marketing materials and photography.– Marketing properties locally, regionally, and nationally. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
