(1) Vendor needs to provide medical, dental, mental health and prescription service to the government authority located in Helena, MT.– Provide medical, dental, mental health, and behavioral health appointments to incarcerated patients for non–emergent care at the provider’s medical facility.– Assess incarcerated patients (e.g., income, insurance, etc.) in order to provide discounted medical services on an income–based sliding scale.– Provide pharmaceuticals for prescriptions and refills written for incarcerated patients by all medical and dental providers.– Identify incarcerated patients who need appointments for available services.– Coordinate continued care of incarcerated patients while in custody.– Have the capability to accommodate telehealth appointments.– Provide mental health, behavioral health, and medical care.– Coordinate continuity of care for incarcerated patients with pharmacy, on–site medical provider, and Detention Center medical staff.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for seven years.
