Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement . All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Purchase of 71 Passenger School Buses with Internal Combustion Engines. Proposals must be submitted before 1:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, September 29, 2026 and opened forthwith. The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, September 14, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time . The City of Boston (Boston) seeks to procure school buses with seating space and weight capacity for 71 students, equipped with gasoline internal combustion engines. Mary Skipper, Superintendent
