CLEANING-12871 - USA (Willimantic, Connecticut) - Custodial Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Willimantic, CT.– Dust mop, or commercial vacuum with a soft floor attachment to remove all dirt, dust, trash particles and other debris.– Clean floors using a well–wrung microfiber mop with a neutral pH cleaner mixed with water.– Machine scrub using an automatic scrubber with a red pad or soft brush and a neutral cleaner.– Wipe away any dust or residue that may have been kicked up onto the baseboards and floor molding after floor buffing is completed.– Sweep the floor with a soft bristle broom using only a PH–neutral cleaner.– Clean up spills as quickly as possible and rinse with water.– Dust walls using a microfiber cloth or a long–handled duster to remove cobwebs and dust from the top down before applying any liquid.– Wipe clean using a clean microfiber cloth or a soft sponge.– Spot clean doors, including door glass and handles, and door frames so that dirt, cobwebs, mold, graffiti, grease, marks, stains, smears, mold and other foreign substances are removed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.
