EXTRA-76000 - USA (New Mexico) - Advanced Scientific, Engineering and Support Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced scientific, engineering and support services to the government authority located in New Mexico.– Advanced scientific, engineering, field and technology support services capable of addressing complex environmental, operational, infrastructure, research, public safety, industrial and emerging technology challenges.– Providing multidisciplinary scientific, technical, engineering, analytical, environmental, operational, research, and emerging technology services in support of state–wide priorities, natural resource protection, environmental stewardship, public safety, infrastructure modernization, economic development, and innovation initiatives.– The Contractor designs investigations that integrate records review, geospatial screening, field surveys, targeted sampling, and modelling to produce reliable findings. Work applies defined data quality objectives and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) to minimize uncertainty and enable timely action.– Analyses apply appropriate statistics and geospatial methods to transform raw data into evidence–based findings.– Data pipelines maintain integrity from collection through analysis and reporting.– The Contractor conducts surveys, bioindicator evaluations, and habitat suitability analyses with defensible sampling designs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
