Vendor needs to provide transaction advisor service. – The appointed service provider shall provide multidisciplinary Transaction Advisory services for the redevelopment, upgrade and long–term operation of Airport.– The assignment must build on and consolidate the existing airport condition assessments, technical reports, design work and other studies completed to date.– The Transaction Advisor shall undertake the technical, commercial, financial, economic, legal, regulatory, institutional and procurement work required to move the project from its current stage into a bankable and implementable infrastructure programme.– The Transaction Advisor shall prepare an Inception report and detailed programme setting out the methodology, organisation, work streams, responsibilities, information requirements, stakeholder interfaces, programme, milestones and resource commitments for the assignment.– The Transaction Advisor shall collate and review all existing and available information concerning Pilanesberg International Airport, including condition assessments, design work completed to date, technical reports, operational information, regulatory records, financial information and previous studies.– The Transaction Advisor shall undertake a comprehensive demand, market and revenue assessment for the airport.– The Transaction Advisor shall review and validate the existing condition assessments and technical information for the airport, including the terminal building, air traffic control tower, fire station, runway, taxiway, apron, electrical systems, airfield and area lighting, parking areas and supporting building services.– The Transaction Advisor shall identify and evaluate viable project delivery, ownership, operating, procurement and funding options for the redevelopment and long–term operation of the airport.– The Transaction Advisor shall prepare an interim report summarising the findings of Stage 1, including the recommended project scope, demand outlook, technical option, delivery mechanism including options on the possible funding and financing models that can be presented for the enablement of the transaction, and key actions required to proceed to the comprehensive bankable feasibility study. – Project Readiness, Legal and Regulatory Due Diligence and Environmental Authorisations– Economic, Financial and Commercial Viability Assessment– Procurement and Implementation Plan– Comprehensive Bankable Feasibility Study Report
