DRA-11050 - USA (Lihue, Hawaii) - Liquidity Monitoring and Treasury Analysis Services - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide liquidity monitoring and treasury analysis services supplying liquidity data including, but not limited to, time horizon data, marketplace peer group analysis, a comprehensive treasury services plan, cash stress–testing/simulation, and future cash forecasting to the government authority located in Lihue, HI.• Liquidity data that pinpoints the time–horizon of the county’s cash.• Confirmation that you have sufficient liquidity to satisfy expenditures while earning and saving the most possible, based on forward forecasting.• Peer benchmarking to ensure the county’s cash is performing at the highest possible level.• Liquidity stress–testing to show how vulnerable cash positions are in worst–case scenarios.• Assurance that the county’s bank fee structure is equitable in any rate environment.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
