The City of Seattle is seeking Proposals for Project Title , to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle , no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . The systems procured in this RFP are to be implemented as part of the FHWA-funded University of Washington Multimodal Integrated Corridor Mobility for All (UW MICMA) project and the USDOT-funded Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) project, Rainier Valley Safe: Technology Investments to Improve Community Safety. The SMART project is leveraging smart sensing infrastructure and upgraded traffic signals to address safety at at-grade crossings and multimodal efficiency at signalized intersections in the Ranier Valley.
