(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator for workers compensation service. • Claims Administration– Review all claims made by the City of personal injury, sickness or disease incurred by an employee arising out of and in the course of employment.• Medical Management Program– Have knowledge of Yuma medical providers and their specialties or services who accept workers compensation claims, and any preferred providers.• Program– The Third–Party Administrator will assist the City policies and procedures which facilitate a claimant’s return to work or reassignment of work in a manner consistent with the claimant’s medical condition.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
