CONS-22522 - USA (Springfield, Missouri) - Parking Lot Repairs Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot repairs services to the government authority located in Springfield, MO.– Contractor shall field–verify dimensions and existing pavement thickness prior to construction.– All disturbed areas shall be cleaned and left in a safe, drivable condition at the end of each workday.– Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and disposal necessary to complete the work.– Contractor shall coordinate with Owner’s representative to coordinate parking lot availability prior to performing work.– Crack filling:– Clean cracks of all dirt, debris, and vegetation (spray an approved weed killer where applicable) prior to applying crack filling. Clean cracks with mechanical wire brush followed by compressed air to remove loose debris and moisture.– Traffic markings or line striping:– Apply pavement–marking paint over existing striping, arrows, symbols and lettering, unless noted otherwise.– Clean surface to eliminate loose material and dust.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
