(1) Vendor needs to provide structural engineering services to the government authority located in Pasadena, CA.• Review available record drawings, reports, calculations, studies, and other existing information.• Perform structural assessments, site visits, field investigations, measurements, documentation of existing conditions, and coordination of testing or exploratory work.• Prepare seismic evaluations, feasibility studies, retrofit studies, structural condition assessments, and recommendations for repair or rehabilitation.• Perform structural analysis and design for repairs, rehabilitation, alterations, additions, seismic retrofits, and new structures.• Prepare structural calculations, reports, plans, technical specifications, construction cost estimates, schedules, permit documents, and other deliverables required by an authorized task order.• Assist during permitting and respond to reviewing–agency comments related to the consultant’s work.• Provide bid and construction–phase services, including participation in meetings, responses to requests for information, review of submittals, technical evaluation of proposed changes, structural observations, preparation of revisions, and record documentation when authorized.• Coordinate structural work with the city and with architects, civil engineers, geotechnical consultants, testing laboratories, historic–resource consultants, environmental consultants, and other project disciplines.• Establish and implement appropriate quality–assurance and quality–control procedures for all calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, and other technical deliverables.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for five years.
