Vendor needs to provide corporal and sergeant promotion exam services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.1. Job analyses:– Responsible for conducting job analyses to identify the knowledge, skills, and abilities most essential for successful performance of the positions of corporal and sergeant.2. Assessment tool development:– Responsible for designing a promotion process that identifies the extent to which promotion candidates possess the KSAs necessary to succeed at the higher rank.– The relative weight of assessment tools shall be determined early in each promotion cycle, based on the outcome of the comprehensive job analysis and subsequent updates.3. Assessment tool administration:– Planning to administer assessment tools, Offeror may investigate options such as: high schools, community colleges, armories, hotels, and community fire companies. Expects that adequate workspace, lighting, sound control, temperature, etc.4. Assessment tool scoring, analysis and feedback:– Responsible for scoring and analysis of individual assessment tools and applying weight values to each component.5. Scoring, analysis and feedback of makeup examinations:– Offeror shall provide all test–taking materials and guidance to personnel to conduct makeup examinations.– Offeror is responsible for the scoring and analysis of individual makeup examinations.– Offeror shall determine proper placement on the eligibility list of individuals completing a makeup examination and notify.– Offeror shall produce individual feedback reports to individuals completing a makeup examination.
