(1) Vendor needs to provide online proctoring solution.– Provide proctoring solution to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible firms to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for a new, innovative program to streamline administrative services, increase student access to online learning through agency, and ensure security in the administration of course exams.– Verify the student identity– Ensure the security of exam access– Ensure the security of testing materials during the exam sessions– Prohibit the use of external resources during the exam sessions– Provide for technological adaptation that meets minimal agency requirements– Provide access to assessments offered through third–party vendors(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
