Vendor needs to provide affordable housing development services to the government authority located in Narragansett, RI.• Development of a maximum number of either homeownership residential housing, year– round rentals.• Units must be sold or rented with two–third of the units at 80% AMI or less, and one–third of the units up to 100% AMI.• A high percentage of the dwelling units on site shall be for families of more than one individual and a minimum of two bedrooms. Proposals shall indicate the number of single–bedroom units and multi–bedroom units.
