Vendor needs to provide knowledge management technical support services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Rockville, MD. – Provide IT product design, development, enhancement, and operations and maintenance support that includes a DevSecOps approach to the following: help desk, quality assurance, data cataloging, agile software development, systems and software deployment, systems operations, information management, and enterprise data capabilities.– Seeks multi–functional, full stack agile software development teams qualified to provide the required IT capabilities to knowledge management across the portfolio of activities identified in the Statement of Objectives (SOO).– Provide expert support for open science initiatives at agency including scientific data, publication, and code release.– The SOO tasks are outlined and detail the IT products and services needed. – Knowledge Management will identify product owners to interface with industry requirements management teams and support the agile development process for each IT product and service.
